Candidati - Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in customer service activities
- Plans, prepares, and devises work schedules, according to budgets and workloads
- Observes and evaluates workers' performance
- Issues instructions and assigns duties to workers
- Trains and instructs employees
Requisiti:
- Extensive knowledge of business procedures and management principles
- Possess excellent customer service and leadership skills • Knowledge of basic operating systems like Word processor, Excel, Outlook, excel and web browsing
- Possess strong analytical, supervisory and monitoring skills
- Flexible, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal, time management, organizational and problem solving skills
- English fluent, better even good spanish or portuguese
