  • Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in customer service activities
  • Plans, prepares, and devises work schedules, according to budgets and workloads
  • Observes and evaluates workers' performance
  • Issues instructions and assigns duties to workers
  • Trains and instructs employees

Requisiti:
 
  • Extensive knowledge of business procedures and management principles
  • Possess excellent customer service and leadership skills • Knowledge of basic operating systems like Word processor, Excel, Outlook, excel and web browsing
  • Possess strong analytical, supervisory and monitoring skills
  • Flexible, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Good interpersonal, time management, organizational and problem solving skills
  • English fluent, better even good spanish or portuguese
